• Price: $160 Plus credit card fee
  
• Refund Policy: Once the scratching period has ended, no refunds for changes of mind, injuries, sickness or broken bikes will be issued. Please see our concussion policy.
  

• Provisional Entry: : After entering, you will receive an entry confirmation email. If this says you are 'provisionally entered', you are entered in the event. Entry becomes confirmed when you have registered at the race and collected your race plate.

Waitlists:

• There is a capacity constraint on our events which may mean you are advised you are waitlisted at entry. If you are a protected rider (top 5/10 in series depending on category), you will be prioritised from the waiting list first.
• Waitlisted basically means you are waiting to see if a spot becomes available. Please stay on the waiting list as we usually are able to offer the majority of riders an entry, and we will let you know as soon as possible if we are able to accommodate you. Due to the high demand in some categories, this can mask the overall capacity of the event so please be patient and we will admit as many riders as we can.
• If a spot becomes available, you will receive an automated email notifying you of your changed status. If not, you will receive a full refund.
• If you no longer want to be on the waitlist, you can remove yourself by scratching and receive a full refund.
  

Round 2 - MT TAYLOR

Location:

Mt Taylor MTB Park, Bullumwaal Road Mt Taylor. Approximately 15 minutes north of Bairnsdale.

Pre-event practice: If you wish to familiarise yourself with the track prior to the event we recommend booking shuttles with Taylor Made MTB http://www.taylormademtb.com.au/ on Sunday 10th or Saturday 16th November - please book early to avoid disappointment.

Race Schedule

Please note this is subject to change so please monitor our socials for up to date information.

Saturday

8am - 2pm: Rego open - please remember to bring your helmet and photo ID to rego

8am-9am: Track Walk

Practice: These times are provisional, please monitor socials and listen out for announcements as these times may vary depending on track conditions and rider numbers

9am - 12.30pm: B group practice

12.30 - 4pm: A group practice

(A group is Elite, Expert and U19, all other categories are B group)

Sunday

8am -9am: Rego open

8am-10.45am: Open practice - please note, you must complete a compulsory practice run on Sunday to be able to race.

11.00 approx: Racing Starts

Presentation for all categories will be held at the end of racing.
