Race Entry Information

1. The event will be capped to 200 participants. Further entries at the discretion of CCC
   
2. Registrations will open until the advertised close date (see below). There will be no late entries.
   
3. Entrants can SCRATCH up until the scratching cut-off (see below)
4. There will be NO REFUND if you DO NOT START.
   
5. In the case of the event being cancelled all entries will be refunded in full.
   
6. Adhere to all government guidelines.
7. License Requirements - You must have a current AusCycling "Race All Disciplines" licenses (see below).
   

Early Bird Draws

1. 3 x $100 fuel vouchers, 1 after 1st Month, $60. 1 after second period $65 and 1 after the last period $70.
2. Two nights accommodation for two at the Collie Ridge Motel and a $100 dinner voucher at local restaurant.
3. All who participate in the event will be in the draw for the fuel, two nights accommodation and $100 restaurant vouchers.

• Scratching: You can withdraw your entry with a self-serve, automated refund via EntryBoss if you are within the scratching cut-off time. Please return to the EntryBoss Race Listing and use the 'Scratch' button. Closing date TBA

• My Laps Timing Chips: You must have a MyLaps timing chip to participate. Hire of a timing chip is $5. If you have your own timing chip please ensure this is recorded in your Entry Boss profile - you will not be able to untick the transponder hire option until you have a transponder recorded on your profile.

• Entries are restricted to 200 riders. Collie to Donnybrook & Return Cycling Classic.

Race Fees

Help the Handicappers

Please select your regular scratch grade when entering & provide a comment on your recent race form.
Entering your regular grade helps with the initial grouping of riders by similar ability.
The handicappers then build their handicapped bunches from these initial groupings and convert to handicap bunches.
The startlist - once published - will confirm your assigned handicap group (and times) closer to the event.

Race Day Licenses Requirements

• No Licence, No Race: - riders need a current licence "Race All Disciplines" (or proof of renewal email). It is you responsibility to make sure you have the correct license. Off Road, Life Style, Non Riding, 4 Week Trial or Day License will not be accepted.
