Handicapping

• At entry, please help the handicappers by selecting your normal club grade and providing a comment on your form.
  
• Provisional startlists will be published and rider feedback is invited.
  
• A full Handicapped Startlist with time gaps will be published after scratching close.
  
• U17 Juniors will be Handicapped and added into the Open Handicap Race. Podiums will still be given to U17 riders as the cross the finishline.

Race Day Procedures

IMPORTANT

• Parking: - Under NO circumstances are we allowed to park in or obstruct the Yarrawonga CFA Station. Any Vehicle found doing so will be towed at the vehicle owners expense.

• Finish Line Area: - Please keep all finish lines free from congestion.

• Racing Incidents: - Safety is important. Please report all race incidents to the Race Director, or Chief Commissure.

• Spectating: - It is requested that crossing of the race circuit during racing is minimised to reduce risk for riders safety. Crossing points will be identified and marshalled. These should be utilised and marshal directions are be adhered to. There is plenty of spectator vantage points around the circuit.

GENERAL

• No License, No Race: - riders need a current license (or proof of renewal) to race. AusCycling accepted licenses only.

• New to Racing: - AusCycling offer a 4 week trial license. Please see https://www.auscycling.org.au/membership/other/free-trial
