* Credit Card Fees are additional to the fees above and passed on at cost (1.2% + 30c per entry)

Scratching:

Entered & now can't make it? An automated refund is available using the EntryBoss' Scratching mechanism. Please note the scratching cut-off because non-attendance refunds after this time are at the discretion of the event organisers and will require a medical certificate.

Quick Reminders

• Full canteen facilities at each track available, cash & Eftpos accepted.
• A Coffee Vendor and Mini Melts Mackay will be attending at each track.

Rules - Please see technical guide for more details. It is important that all riders familiarize themselves with the Full Event Flyer

• Class R Event. Event will take place under AusCycling Technical Regulations, 2.03.02 (a) & 2.03.03 9a)
• Year of birth event for all ages including special events
• 3 riders constitute a class. Classes with less than 3 entries will be merged.
• Superclass Prize Money split as per current AusCycling Technical Regulations rule 5.02.02 (1st-8th)
• Random Scrutineering will be conducted at this event
• No refunds without a medical certificate
• Riders must compete in all three events to advance to the finals

• All riders except Mini Wheelers & Sprockets (participation) must have a transponder

• Transponders:

  • This is a transponder timed event series.
    
  • it is a rider's responsibility to ensure the transponder is correctly affixed to their bike and is operational which includes subscription
  • Transponders can be purchased at https://www.sqorz.com/store/p3/transponder.html#/
    
  • A transponder must have an active Subscription PRIOR to entering. This can be done at https://mylaps.sqorz.com/
    
  • All riders (except Participation classes) must have a transponder

• Plates:

  • Riders are required to supply a plate number at entry.
  • Any duplicate plate numbers will dealt with by adding an 'X' to one plate to resolve the duplicate.

This event is a non-smoking, alcohol and pet free zone. Guide, Hearing and assistance animals are permitted

Sarina BMX Club and Mackay and Districts BMX Club reserves the right to refuse entry to any person

Event Cancellation Refunds

• Riders will receive 100% refunds if the event is cancelled.
• We will do our best to communicate our intentions early if the event is at risk of not proceeding.
