Beenleigh BMX Club wishes you to join us for a fun day of Racing.

We have added a special event Mad Mums which is for 25 + Novice women riders.

Join Beenleigh for an action-packed Open Day. All riders with a valid AusCycling Membership are welcome to compete. From our youngest Mini Wheelers to riders over 60, there’s a race for everyone.

The club is located on the corner of Boundary and Logan Streets Beenleigh.

We adjoin the Beenleigh Freestyle BMX Park and Doug Larsen Park. Parking is available off street and overflows to other sporting facilities behind the club. |

2.01.03 A competitor may enter in:

• One (1) Age, one (1) Cruiser and one (1) Superclass

Riding Up

• All ages are based on year-of-birth (age as at 31/12/2024). Competitors may only enter up (ride up) two (2) categories above their racing age. Girls/Women can ride the opposite gender category equal to or above (but not below) their own racing age . This includes age-on-day and year of birth racing. A competitor in all categories other than participation categories (Sprockets and Mini Wheelers must stay within there category) may enter up two (2) categories above their racing age up to the pinnacle category. Pinnacle category is the category with a maximum age of 24. Categories above the age of 24 shall be combined with the next younger category. Riders aged above 24 may enter down (ride down) to the pinnacle category (e.g 50+ rider can enter 17-24)

Race format will be 3x Motos, Qualifiers and Finals. Participation classes and classes with eight (8) riders or less will race 4x Motos.

Notes:
* Credit Card Fees are additional to the fees above and passed on at cost.

• SQORZ Fee per class is been included in the event fee.

• Junior Superclass & Superclass Cash Prizes paid by EFT (as soon as is reasonably practible following the event). Riders are to provide their bank details via email to beenleighbmxclub@gmail.com

• Individual Prizes/Awards will be based on Race Class not Entry Class.

• Regulations 2.03.02(a) & 2.03.03(a) apply

Scratching:

Entered & now can't make it? An automated refund is available using the EntryBoss' Scratching mechanism. Please note the scratching cut-off. Non-attendance refunds after this time are at the discretion of the event organisers and may require a medical certificate. Requests for refunds once scratching has closed should be sent via email with any relative documentation. e: beenleighbmxclub@gmail.com

  • It is a rider's responsibility to ensure the transponder is correctly affixed to their bike and is operational which includes subscription

  • A transponder must have an active Subscription PRIOR to entering. This can be done at https://mylaps.sqorz.com/
    
  • All riders (except Sprockets & Mini Wheelers) must have a transponder
• Plates:
  
  • Riders are required to supply a plate number at entry.
  • Any duplicate plate numbers will dealt with by adding an 'X' to one plate to resolve the duplicate.

• Riders will receive 100% refunds if the event is cancelled.
