  • Single day event
  • Use your head... if your time is constantly within 5% of the Elite winning time in the state series you probably dont fit in here
  • We will be reviewing entries and giving priority to new racers, or lower level racers
  • Follow our Instagram and Facebook channels. We only post race information there, there will be no emails or other communications. In the week of the event we will post track preview videos, and a super important 'all the info in one post' post on socials which will include village maps, important info, volunteer links etc

NEW TO RACING? FOLLOW THESE STEPS!

In order to race at any cycling event you need two things - Valid AusCycling insurance, and be a member of a cycling club.

If you are new to this, follow these steps:

Step 1 - Register for AusCycling insurance.

You must choose one of the following insurance types:

  • Race Off-Road
  • Race All Discipline
  • 4 Week Trial (Free)
  • Note: When you register, ensure you select Inside Line as your club, and take note of your "Contact ID Number"
  • Note: Day Licenses are not accepted due to the increased admin it puts on the club.

  • Your membership number is your AusCycling ID number, less the first two letters. Eg ID123456 > 123456 is your number

Step 3 - Sign up for the event on Entryboss.

  • You are nearly there! Register for your first event on this page!
  • When you first enter you will be listed as one of the following options:
  • Provisional - We have received your entry and are reviewing your category
  • Entered - We have accepted your entry and allocated you to a category
  • Waitlisted - We have had too many entries, but it is likely you will still be racing as someone will probably pull out
  • Waitlisted Doubtful - Its unlikely you will be racing

Volunteers are rewarded with a bunch of great things like early entries so you don't miss out on racing, t-shirts, club jerseys, shuttle days and more. Get in touch with us if you would like to help out.

CONCUSSION POLICY

We have a strict concussion policy which is simply "if in doubt, sit them out". If concussion is suspected, the rider will not be allowed back on track unless they have a letter from their doctor supporting their return to sport. Riders, mums and dads do not get a say in this decision.

Riders please take care of each other and if you see someone coming off heavily and landing on their head, either knocking themselves out or looking disorientated please take note of their number and chat to them to make sure they dont get back on the bike. Afterwards let someone know of their plate number (track marshals, photographers, caravan crew, transport crew etc)
