Scratching:

Entered & now can't make it? An automated refund is available using the EntryBoss' Scratching mechanism. Please note the scratching cut-off because non-attendance refunds after this time are at the discretion of the event organisers and will require a medical certificate.

• Full canteen facilities at each track available, cash & Eftpos accepted.
• A Coffee Vendor and Mini Melts Mackay will be attending at each track.

• Auscycling Technical Regulations: BMX 2.03.02 (a) & 2.03.03 (a) - Transfers and Scoring
• Auscycling Technical Regulations: BMX 5.02.02 (1st - 8th) - Prize Money
• Year of Birth event for all ages including special events
• 3 Registered Riders constitute a class
• Sarina BMX Track Pro Straight WILL NOT be ridden
• Random Scrutineering will be conducted at this event
• No refunds without a medical certificate
• Gender Equity applies
• Rider presentations will be as soon as possible after racing is completed
• Moto Draw to be completed after close of registration, with classes to be merged as applicable

• Merged Category awards will be based on Race Class

• Transponders:

  • This is a transponder timed event series.
    
  • It is a rider's responsibility to ensure the transponder is correctly affixed to their bike and is operational which includes subscription
  • Transponders can be purchased at https://www.sqorz.com/store/p3/transponder.html#/
    
  • A transponder must have an active Subscription PRIOR to entering. This can be done at https://mylaps.sqorz.com/
    
  • All riders (except Participation classes) must have a transponder

• Plates:

  • Riders are required to supply a plate number at entry.
  • Any duplicate plate numbers will dealt with by adding an 'X' to one plate to resolve the duplicate.

This event is a non-smoking, alcohol and pet free zone. Guide, Hearing and assistance animals are permitted

Sarina BMX Club and Mackay and Districts BMX Club reserves the right to refuse entry to any person

Event Cancellation Refunds

• Riders will receive 100% refunds if the event is cancelled.
• We will do our best to communicate our intentions early if the event is at risk of not proceeding.
