We are offering several 1 hour gate sessions for Saturday 19th of November, each session limited to 100 riders.

You can book multiple sessions if required

Session Times

Pricing

$7 per session

Enter under the rider's name as you would normally enter an event

Those wishing to ride an additional session, please select that option in the form. That will incur an additional $7 charge.

* Entry may be possible on the day, but only if the limit for that session has not been reached - payment by credit card required

Notes:
Credit Card Fees are additional to the fees above and passed on at cost (1.2% + 30c per entry)

Scratching:
An automated refund is available using the EntryBoss' Scratching mechanism.

* Please note the scratching cut-off because non-attendance refunds after this time will be unavailable.

Gate Cancellation Refunds

• Riders will receive 100% refunds if Gate sessions are cancelled.
• We will do our best to communicate our intentions early if Gate sessions are at risk of not proceeding.
