Statement of Acknowledgement

The Mypolonga Road Course is on the traditional lands of the Peramangk people. AusCycling acknowledge not only this ancestral relationship, but also the ongoing deep feelings of attachment and relationship of the Peramangk people to country. We respect and value their past, present and ongoing connection to the land and cultural beliefs. We also pay our respects to their Elders past and present.

In addition, we extend that respect to other Aboriginal Language Groups and other First Nations.

Entry Notes: U23 participants should enter the "Elite" race and will be put into their U23 category on the startlist. U9 participants should enter the U11 category and will be placed into an U9 race if there are enough riders for their own race.

The weekend of racing will also be round 4 and 5 of the South Australia Bryton Junior Road State Series. More information about the junior road series can be found here -https://www.auscycling.org.au/page/road-stateterritory-series

Please note:

• Distances and times may change. Details will be confirmed after start list is finalised.
• All riders must be familiar with scrutineering rules of equipment, including apparel, helmets and bicycles. Please refer to the AusCycling Road and General Regulations.
• Entrants must have a Race licence in Junior, U19, U23, Elite, Masters and Para categories. Riders with 4 week free trials are not eligible to enter.
• Riders must be signed on at least 15 minutes before their category start time. Failure to sign on 15 minutes prior to the event start time could mean that your start is refused.
• MEDAL ELIGIBILITY: In combined Masters grades, medals will be awarded based on finish placings within each Masters Category. For any combined Elite/U23 race, Elite medals will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, 3rd place in the combined race and an additional set of medals will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd U23 riders in that race.
• State Road Team EOI: U15 & U17 riders must fill out the State Team EOI to be eligible for the South Australian Nationals Team Selection. For safety reasons no unauthorised follow cars are permitted on the course, riders associated with unauthorised vehicles may be disqualified.
