About

Following last year's success of combining our Club Champs with Coburg Cycling Club & Italo Cycling Club, we will run a small-club invitational race again this year for Club Road Championships.

Participating clubs yet to be confirmed but Coburg have indicated they are keen again this year.

Format to be decided based on participating club preferences (last year Sunbury & Coburg mass started with first from each respective club declared Club Champions. Italo elected to start & race separately which we can also accomodate).

Transponder timing will be available to all riders this year which will help support results for alternate categories (at individual club discretion) plus secret handicaps.

Registration

• Rego Location: IMPORTANT NOTE: Rego & Car Parking is Opposite the Saleyards (on the slip road OPPOSITE the Saleyards, Saleyards Rd Kyneton).

Schedule

• 09:30AM Meet up & Registration
  
• 10:00AM Race Start (Roll out & race start instructions dependent on specifics of the preferred format of your club)

Race Format

• Start: Sunbury CC have a preference for a mass start race with first rider home for each in Elite and masters categories the cub champions. Other clubs may prefer a separate start
• Start procedures to be discussed and finalised with other clubs this week - possibility of a head start for masters or womens categories for instance.
• Secret handicap - we'll run a secret handicap with a small prize for fun . ----
