Course Terrain: Rolling Hills / Mountainous
Type of Course: Circuit

Join the Manly Warringah Womens Squad as we take you on a tour of our favourite Northern Beaches Cycle Routes. Chasing the sun up to Palm Beach and then into the Ku-Ring-Gai National Park through stunning bushland with a few ‘little’ hills thrown as you would expect. We will finish back in Manly for a well earned coffee refuel.

Come ready to ride! Checklist:

• Bike with tyres pumped
• Helmet
• Bike spares, tubes, pump, tyre levers, etc
• Appropriate clothing for conditions on the day
• Sunscreen and sunglasses
• Food for 100kms, two full bidons. We will stop for a refill during the ride
• $$ for coffee post ride

Eligibility

The rides are for women only and women aged 17 and over can enter. You will need a Cycling Australia membership (Ride or Race).

We may accept an equivalent membership that gives the same public and personal injury insurance coverage - please contact Cycling NSW if you need to check.

Contingency planning

If it rains, dependant on the conditions and level of rain, the ride will either be shortened or postponed. If the event is postponed, there'll be a Facebook event post – we will set this up for the event on the club facebook page.

A full refund will only be offered if the event is cancelled. Sorry - no refunds if you have to withdraw!
