Scratching: You can withdraw your entry with a self-serve, automated refund via EntryBoss if you are within the scratching cut-off time (11:59pm on the Thursday prior to the race). Please return to the EntryBoss Race Listing and use the 'Scratch' button.

My Laps Timing Chips: My Laps Timing Chip hire of $5 is included in the event entry. If you have your own timing chip bring the Chip code / number to the registration desk and we will write record it. You will be eligible for a $5 refund. ( Not available for Season pass holders)

New to racing?

Come take part in the “New Racer” program at the Ring Summer Criterium Series. Criterium (“Crit”) racing is multi lap circuit race and a fun way to start racing. The session will give you the confidence for your first road race.

The program will help you go from new to racing to your first race, or even brush up a rusty rider. Female coaches will be available at each event and we welcome female riders in our mixed gender program. It’s a small group of adults and the race course is all yours.

The "New Racer" program is included in your registration entry fee - just select this option on the next screen

Race Day Procedures

• Rego Close: - Rego closes 15 minutes prior to each grade race start.
• No Licence, No Race: - riders need a current licence (or proof of renewal email) to race. Cycling Australia licences only. New racers need to purchase a one day temporary membership (see options on next page)
• On-the-day Entries: - Subject to availability. If available, will close 15 minutes prior race start. Please arrive early to improve your chances of a race start.
