Cycling Victoria and the Alpine Cycling Club are delighted to announce that the 2016-17 ‘Summer of Cycling’ will kick off in style with the Bright Brewery Tour of Bright (December 2-4).

This is the final event of the 2016 Singapore Airlines Victorian Road Series - #VRS16

ENTRY PROCESS

Wave 1: Wednesday August 24 from 12 noon: Riders who have competed in a minimum of 2 Victorian Road Series events in 2016 will be invited to enter via email. Wave 1 entries will close at midnight on Tuesday August 30.

Wave 2: Entries will open to the general public at 12 noon on Wednesday August 31st. Once the cap of 100 riders in a grade has been filled, this grade will sell out.

The GENERAL ENTRY LINK will be posted on this page and be turned on at 12 noon on Wednesday August 31st.

Please note By-Law 2.13.11 Membership Age Categories: The age category of a participant will commence on October 1 for Track and January 1 for all other disciplines. Please note for second year J17 they are not considered J19 for the road.

• Stage 1: - Friday Afternoon: 13.5km Individual Time Trial (Old Porepunkah Rd).

• Stage 2: - Saturday Morning: Gaps Loop Road Stage approx 91km for all grades except A Grade Men which is 131km.

• Stage 3: - Sunday Morning: Mt Hotham ascent 58km.

REGISTRATION

Friday morning: - Registrations will be at the Alpine Cycling Club rooms on Coronation Avenue. Ensure that you arrive in time to register then make it to the start line. There is limited room for car parking at the start area of the Time Trial.
